The Brief

A small creative agency wanted to move out of central Berlin and into a workplace that felt like a private retreat. The site is a forest clearing forty minutes from the city, and the brief was for a workspace beautiful enough that people genuinely want to come to the office.

Our Approach

The building is a single horizontal volume clad in warm light oak and full-height glass, designed so every workspace has a direct forest view. Shared walnut desks replace cubicles. A travertine café counter opens onto a forest terrace, and a library-paneled meeting room anchors the social heart of the studio. The architecture is precise but unmistakably warm.

The Outcome

A workplace that has changed how the team works — quieter, less rushed, more collaborative. The forest views shift through the day. The café has become the place where the best conversations happen. People stay later than they expected to.
