Q: Do you work on small projects, or only large ones?

We take on projects at every scale — from a single-room interior fit-out to ground-up homes. Most of our residential work falls between 80 and 500 m². Commercial commissions can be larger. What matters more than scale is fit. We'd rather decline a project we can't give proper attention to than overload the studio.

Q: Where are you based, and do you travel for projects?

Our main studio is in Berlin, with a second office in Seoul that operates part of the year. We regularly take on projects across Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Italy, and South Korea. For projects further afield, travel and on-site time is included in the fee proposal from the start — no surprise costs later.

Q: Who from your team will we work with?

One of our three partners leads every commission from first conversation to handover — no handoffs between phases. They're supported by a project architect and, depending on scale, a small team for documentation and site administration. You'll always know who to call.

Q: What happens after the project is complete?

We provide a final handover package — drawings, specifications, and warranties — and remain available for any defect or snag-list issues during the first year. Many of our clients come back for second and third projects, so we stay in touch.
